Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wellcure, we are committed to providing valuable health and wellness programs to our participants. 

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our workshops, courses, or programs. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Fees
  • All participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment has been made.
 
  1. Program Cancellation by Wellcure
  • If a program or workshop is canceled by Wellcure due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants.
  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method and should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
  • Wellcure reserves the right to modify or cancel any program at its discretion. Participants will be notified in advance in such cases.
 
  1. Privacy & Data Security
  • Your personal information is safe with us. We respect your privacy and do not share participant details with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing and program facilitation.
  • By registering for a Wellcure program, you agree to share your information with Wellcure.com (the owner of this page) for secure payment transactions, in compliance with applicable laws.
 
  1. Nature of Program & Disclaimer
  • The information provided in our workshops, courses, and programs is intended for educating people about natural healing practices.
  • Our group sessions do not take into account your individual health, medical, physical, or emotional needs.
  • If you have a pre-existing health condition or require medical guidance, please inform our coaches or program experts in advance. Consult your healthcare provider before following any recommendations provided in our sessions.
 
  1. Participant Responsibilities
  • Participants are expected to ensure they meet the necessary technical requirements, such as a stable internet connection and access to the required platform (e.g., Zoom) for attending live sessions.
  • Wellcure is not responsible for connectivity issues, software compatibility, or any technical difficulties faced by participants.
  • Any recorded materials provided as part of the program are for personal use only and should not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior consent.
 
  1. Payment & Billing
  • All payments must be made in full before gaining access to any Wellcure program.
  • Any payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
