Simple recipe one can have as a salad or with a meal. The base ingredient is raw banana. Be creative you can use raw banana like potato.

Ingredients

  • 2 Raw green bananas
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • Green chilli (optional)
  • Lemon drops
  • Rock salt
  • Corriander/ dhaniya leaves
  • Grated ginger(optional)
  • Pomegranate (optional) 

Method

  • Steam raw banana
  • Mash steamed banana
  • Mix remaining ingredients
  • Decorate with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
