A satisfying multicoloured rainbow salad

Ingredients

  • Veggies of your choice :-

  • Cucumber noodles

  • Carrot noodles

  • Microgreens

  • Spring onions

  • Chinese lettuce

  • Orange, tahini dressing :-

  • Tahini - 1 spoon

  • Juice of one orange

  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp

  • Dates paste from 5 dates

  • Pink salt

  • Italian herbs

  • Pepper / chilli flakes

  • Garlic crushed - 1 clove

  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp


Method

  • Bring together veggies of your choice and pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy.
