Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole unpolished rice
  • 1 cup mixture of tur & moong dal
  • 6 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric

Method

  • Soak 2 cups of whole rice and 1 cup of a mixture of tur and moong dal in 6 cups of water.
  • Add salt, turmeric and steam. Serve.
