White Pumpkin Dosa with Palak Chutney

This meal is good for kidneys, urinary bladder, improves blood quality, good for IBS
Ingredients
For Dosa
- Urad dal - 3 tbsp
- Brown rice - 2 cup
- Grated white pumpkin - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
For Palak chutney
- Palak big leaves- 15
- Roasted gram - 75 grams
- Coconut (fresh, grated) - 1 cup (180 grams)
- Green chilly - 5
- Garlic - 4
- Rock salt - 1 tsp (or as required)
- Tomato big - 1/2
Method
- Soak rice and urad dal for 3 hours.
- Grind it along with grated white pumpkin and salt.
- Fermentation not required.
- Use the prepared batter to make dosas.
Palak chutney
- Blanch palak leaves for 3 min (or u can also steam for 5 min)
- In a mixie add the blanched palak and all the other ingredients mentioned under 'for palak chutney'
- Grind to chutney consistency
- Serve with white pumpkin dosa
