Do you know the benefits of this colour Orange? Rich in antioxidant beta-carotene this colour having lot of Vitamin A and C in store. Beta carotene helps in hair, skin and Vision.

This fruit juice combination is having beta-carotene in excess. So, say Hi! to good skin and healthy Vision. Try out my orange story.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Orange: One peeled.
  • Carrots: 1-2 (cut into big chunks)
  • Papaya: 200 grams- 2cups or 1 big cup
  • Water as per the consistency
  • Himalayan Pink Salt 1 teaspoon or Honey: The taste you desire.

Method

  1. Blend the Peeled Oranges, Papaya and Carrots in a blender.
  2. Add ¼ to a ½ cup of water as per consistency needed and blend them once again.
  3. Add Himalayan Pink salt or Honey depending on your taste, and you can make it sweet or salty whichever taste you are craving.

This is how you get some good beta-carotene in your diet.


Eating Guide:

  • Best time to eat: mornings as breakfast or Evening Snack.
  • It can be good for people who are having hair fall and myopia.
