Ingredients
- Dried plum (Aaloo Bukhara) 4 pieces
- Tamarind (3 pieces)
- Jaggery (according to taste)
Method
- Take a glass of water and soak plum, tamarind and jaggery in it for 8-12 hours.
- Then slighty crush and agitate it extract out the maximum content.
- Strain it, cool it and enjoy the salubrious drink.
