A tasty and healthy carrot, cucumber and corn salad filled with lots of vitamin and mineral. An easy to prepare and juicy flavoured salad.
BENEFITS --
- Carrot -Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A in the form of beta carotene. They are also a good source of several B vitamins, as well as vitamin K and potassium.
- Cucumbers- It contains antioxidants, including flavonoids and tannins, which prevent the accumulation of harmful free radicals and may reduce the risk of chronic disease.
- Corn- Corn is mainly composed of carbs and fairly high in fiber. It also packs a decent amount of low-quality protein. Corn provides higher amounts of antioxidants than many other cereal grains. It’s especially rich in eye-healthy carotenoids.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup boiled corn kernels
- Half green chilly chopped
- Seed mix- flaxseed, pumpkin, sesame seeds
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of pink salt
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add pink salt and black pepper according to the taste
- Sprinkle seed mix on the top of the salad.
