Sweet Noodles – a healthful treat for kids!

Think noodles and you are concerned about all the unhealthy stuff used making them! This recipe uses millet based noodles in place of the regular refined flour ones. Jaggery is used instead of refined sugar. So try this recipe with all healthy and natural ingredients!
Ingredients
- Packet of ragi or jowar noodles (available online, eg https://www.amazon.in/Ecocare-Jowar-Cholam-Vermicelli-grams/dp/B01CU4ZK58) or in health food stores
- Sesame seeds:4 tsp
- Elaichi powder: a pinch
- Jaggery powder:5 tsp (add more based on sweetness)
Method
- Cook the noodles as per instructions on the packet.
- Cool the noodles a bit.
- For the sweet powder:

Dry roast sesame seeds on a low flame till the raw smell is gone

Powder coarsely in a mixie

Mix well with jaggery powder and elaichi powder

Use your hands to thoroughly mix the sweet powder with the noodles.

That’s it, no hidden ingredients in these healthy noodles.
