Sweet-Beet Cutlets

Sweet potatoes and beetroot combine together to make a healthy snack for your little ones to enjoy. This can be also used by women who are fasting.
Ingredients

2-3 Beetroot Grated.

2 Boiled Sweet Potatoes

One tomato chopped
-
One tablespoon rice flour
-
One onion chopped
-
Coriander
-
Dry Mango powder 1 Tsp
-
Rock Salt 1 Tsp
-
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
-
Chilli or chilli powder as per taste

Lemon Juice 1 Tsp

Cold Pressed Oil for spraying
Method

Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients like beetroot, green chillies, rice flour, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and onions dry mango powder, rock salt, cumin powder, lemon juice.

Bind them all together to make a Soft Dough

Start making flat cutlets. Freeze them for 15-20 minutes so that the cutlets stay bind even while shallow frying.

Spray minimal oil, just for getting golden colour.

Garnish with tomato ginger dip and coriander.
