Ingredients
- 2 cups jowar flour
- ½ cupcashew butter
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- ¾ cupdate paste
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- coconut milkto knead the dough if needed.
Method
- Mix all the ingredients very thoroughly.
- Add coconut milk if needed.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C for 10 mins and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough and cut into the desired shape by knife or pizza cutter.
- Arrange on the tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 8-10 mins till the edges are brown.
- Store in an airtight container.
