Red bell pepper vinaigrette

Tasty and healthy salad dressing which can be easily prepared at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper 
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
  • Rock salt as per taste 
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cold pressed oil  
  • Pinch of Black pepper powder.

Method

  1. Take a mixer jar and add chopped red bell peppers.
  2. Add 3-4 cloves of garlic to it .
  3. Add grated ginger to it
  4. Squeeze freshly cut lemon juice to it.
  5. Add rock salt and pinch of black pepper powder.
  6.  Add Cold press oil 
  7. Grind it in a mixer until it converted into paste.
