Raw radish chutney is extremely tasty as a dip with vegetables such as cucumber carrot and capsicum. It can be sent as a Chutney with vegetables to school as a snack as well. We typically like to enjoy this for raw dinner.


Ingredients

  • White radish - 1
  • Fresh Coconut - 1 small cup
  • Dates (optional) - 1
  • Tamarind paste - 1 tsp depending on taste preference
  • Rock salt
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Dhaniya seeds- 1 tsp

Method

  • Wash radish thoroughly.
  • Chop and add pieces of radish to a mixer.
  • Add fresh grated coconut, garlic, dhaniya, salt, tamarind and dates to the mixer.
  • Grind well.
