Raw radish chutney

Raw radish chutney is extremely tasty as a dip with vegetables such as cucumber carrot and capsicum. It can be sent as a Chutney with vegetables to school as a snack as well. We typically like to enjoy this for raw dinner.
Ingredients
- White radish - 1
- Fresh Coconut - 1 small cup
- Dates (optional) - 1
- Tamarind paste - 1 tsp depending on taste preference
- Rock salt
- Garlic (optional)
- Dhaniya seeds- 1 tsp
Method
- Wash radish thoroughly.
- Chop and add pieces of radish to a mixer.
- Add fresh grated coconut, garlic, dhaniya, salt, tamarind and dates to the mixer.
- Grind well.
Enjoy this as a healthy dip with raw vegetables such as fingers of cucumber, carrot, capsicum etc.
