Raw capsicum dressing is very common among raw vegans. It's a very simple and go to recipethat usessimple and commonly available vegetables. It’s tasty and healthy too.

Ingredients

  • Red capsicum - 1/2
  • Ripe tomatoes -2
  • Onion- 1/4
  • Dates(optional) -1
  • Pepper / chilli (optional)
  • Tamarind pulp- 1/2 spoon
  • Rock salt
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Dhaniya/Coriander seeds - 1tsp
       

Method

  • Cut the capsicum and tomato to fine pieces.
  • Add capsicum, tomato, garlic, onion, dates, salt, tamarind paste, chilli, dhaniya seeds without water to a mixer and grind to a fine paste.
  • Enjoy this delicious dip with veggies of your choice or as a diluted dressing on zucchini noodles.
