Naturally healthy tomato dip and a quick dessert for winter

Ingredients

For the dip -

  • Tomatoes 3
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pink salt
  • Kimia dates 2
  • Garlic 1 pod
  • Onion - small piece just for taste

For the dessert -

  • 1 handful of grated coconut
  • 4 Kimia dates chopped
  • Cardamom powder
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax powder
  • Deshelled raw peanuts if available in season

Method

Dip- Grind the ingredients for the dip

Dessert - is also ready to mix and use.
