Mint Coconut Chutney - easy way to add natural fats to your diet

Coconut is a wholesome nut and a good source of natural fats. This versatile nut is used in numerous recipes and lends a distinctive texture and taste each time. Chutneys are an easy way to to add this nutritious nut into your daily meals. Try this south Indian style coconut chutney with mint. Make your meal times yummy & healthy!
Ingredients
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Green Chillies: 4 (chopped)
- Coconut: 100 gm (grated)
- Mint leaves: a bunch
- Tamarind paste: 1 tsp
- Urad Dal: 1 tsp
Method
- Put a pan or a wok on flame and dry roast mustard seeds and urad daal separately, on medium flame.
- Once the mustard seeds and urad dal cool down completely, place them in a blender.
- Now, add mint leaves, green chillies, tamarind paste, and grated coconut. Grind well.
- Refreshing mint chutney is ready to serve!
