Makhana Trail Mix – Roasted Snack! Travel-friendly!

Replace packaged junk snacks, deep-fried chips, oily snacks with this roasted option.
Ingredients
- Makhana: 2 cups
- Peanuts: ¼ cup
- Almonds: ¼ cup
- Cashew nuts: ¼ cup
- Dry coconut/ Kopra: ¼ cup (sliced)
- Rock salt: ½ tsp
- Pepper powder: ½ tsp
- Cold pressed oil: 1-2 tsp
Method
- Place makhana, peanuts, dry coconut slices, cashew nuts and almonds on a baking tray.
- Bake at 150 ° C for around 10 minutes.
- You can also roast it in a heavy-bottomed pan one by one until they are crisp.
- Heat oil add pepper powder and salt and mix in the roasted ingredients to ensure they are fully seasoned by the salt and pepper.
- Cool well and store in an airtight jar.
