Ingredients

  • 500 gm ladies finger
  • 1 coconut, grated.
  • 5 green chilies
  • 4 pods garlic
  • 1 lemon sized tamarind ball
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Roast the ladies finger in a kadai without oil till it’s dry.
  • Roast the coconut.
  • Roast the green chillies and garlic.
  • Grind together with tamarind pulp and salt.
