Kinnu Pomegranate Juice

Get some sweet, juicy kinnu or oranges to get a revitalizing drink. Put your feet up on a Sunday morning, and treat yourself to this healthful drink. Fruits make for the perfect start to day, in line with our circadian rhythm. So go ahead and indulge. Remember not to mix cereals or breakfast, as fruits must be had alone. Have at least 30 minutes prior to a meal.
Ingredients
- Kinnu (Orange Mandarin): 4 – 5 (peeled& deseeded). Can replace with oranges too.
- Pomegranate: 1
- Water – 1/4th glass (minimal)
Method
- Blend pomegranate in the blender. Sieve and keep juice aside.
- Blend kinnu pieces in blender – sieve (You can simplyuse your hands too!)
- Mix the two juices.
Pour in a nice lookingglass and devour!
Eating Guide:
- Food group: Fruits.
- Best time to eat: mornings as part of first meal. Can be eaten as afternoon drink too.
- Great way to up fruits for kids.
