Hunza Tea - no dairy or caffeine

Hunza tea is inspired by the Hunza Civilization - one of the world’s healthiest civilizations. Most of the Hunza food is in its natural state with zero sugar consumption. Brew your way to health by substituting dairy based tea with this herbal tea. It is a simple recipe prepared using easily available ingredients, that are mostly stocked in average Indian kitchens. Unlike regular tea, herbal teas are non-addictive!
Ingredients
- Mint (Pudina) Leaves: 12
- Basil (Tulsi) Leaves: 8
- Green Cardamoms: 4
- Cinnamon (Dalchini): 1 medium sized stick
- Ginger: 1-inch piece
- Jaggery: as required
- Lemon Juice: as required
Method
- Take 4 cups of water in a tea-pan and put on medium flame.
- Add all the herbs and spices to the water.
- Boil and simmer for about 10 mins.
- Add Lemon juice and jaggery as per taste

- Apt for the winter season when you crave to have something hot.
- Great replacement to the regular dairy-based tea.
- Can have any time during the day.
