Healthy Diwali Recipe| Cashew (Kaju) Laddoo

Here is one of our favourite dessert recipe. Natural goodness of cashews rolled into yummy laddoos. No ghee, no refined products, only taste and health!
Ingredients
- Cashew: 1 cup
- Jaggery powder: 1/2 cup
- Cardamon (elaichi): 4-5 (crushed, without skin)
- Raisins: few (for garnish)
Method
- Powder the cashew in a blender.
- Add jaggery powder & crushed elaichi blend one more time.
- Take out of blender on a plate, and roll into laddooshape.
- Decorate each laddu with a rasin.
Enjoy after a meal!

Best time to eat: After meals. Can be combined with other food groups except fruits.
