Winters have arrived and it is time to keep yourself warm and healthy. But what can be included in the best way to in your diet? It is Jaggery, yes that thing you keep it in your cupboards but did you know how beneficial it is to consume?

Jaggery is loaded with minerals like zinc and iron, consuming it daily gives makes your haemoglobin count high. Using Vitamin in jaggery water helps in high absorption of Iron. Jaggery also helps in the cleansing process, especially in the detoxing the liver.


Ingredients

  • 25g of Jaggery soakedin water for two hours (cut into big pieces)
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Himalayan Pink Salt 1 teaspoon.
  • Water 2 glasses

Method

  • After soaking jaggery in water use the same water itself and put them in two glasses.
  • Add lemon juice, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt.
  • Enjoy your drink with health.
