Green Rice

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ lemon juice
- salt
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- 1 cup whole brown rice
- roasted garlic cloves
- chopped dry red chilies
Method
- Wash and soak the whole brown rice for about 8-10 hours in 2 ½ cups water.
- Cook the rice.
- Make a chutney in the grinder with all the other ingredients except the onions.
- Brown the onions without oil.
- Add the chutney and roast.
- Mix it with the cooked rice.
- Garnish with roasted garlic cloves and chopped dry red chillies. Serve hot.
