Grated capsicum and sesame salad

Enjoy the heath benefits of raw vegetables.  When we eat vegetables in raw form,  it increase the alkaline residue of the body. More colors we see on our plate more benefit we get from same. 

Ingredients

  • Yellow capsicum - one big size 
  • Green capsicum - one big size or two medium size 
  • Sesame - white two teaspoon 
  • Lemon - half  

Method

  • Wash all capsicum nicely.
  • Cut them longer size as shown in photo.
  • Take a big bowl and first add juice of 1/2 lemon and now add two teaspoon of sesame seeds.
  • Add grated capsicum and mix it nicely.
  • Your yummy salad is ready.
  • If you wish garnish with salt and pepper.
