Ingredients
- Water: 1 cup
- Honey: 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Knob (fresh): 1 tsp (grated)
- Ginger: 1 tsp (grated)
- Lemon: as per taste
Method
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
- Now add the grated fresh turmeric and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the grated ginger and boil for another 10 min.
- Strain the tea into a cup and add honey and lemon as per taste.
