Ingredients

  • Flax seeds - 3 cups
  • Til (sesame) seeds - 1 cup
  • Dry red chillies - 8
  • Rock salt - as per taste
       

Method

  • Roast the flax seeds, til (sesame) seeds and red chillies separately without oil and let them cool down to room temperature.
  • Grind all the 3 ingredients with some salt and store it in air tight glass container, can be stored up to 15 days.
