Ingredients
- Flax seeds - 3 cups
- Til (sesame) seeds - 1 cup
- Dry red chillies - 8
- Rock salt - as per taste
Method
- Roast the flax seeds, til (sesame) seeds and red chillies separately without oil and let them cool down to room temperature.
- Grind all the 3 ingredients with some salt and store it in air tight glass container, can be stored up to 15 days.
