With these two high efficient ingredients we can keep our body healthier this season Turmeric is your solution this winter, this anti-inflammatory, high anti-oxidant ingredient will help you to fight all the diseases efficiently. Fennel seeds help in dealing with constipation and very good remedy if you suffering from IBS. Boil these ingredients together and you can reap the benefits of this tea.


Ingredients

  • One tablespoon fennel seeds.
  • One teaspoon turmeric
  • One teaspoon honey (Optional)
  • Water 3 cups

Method

  • Take a steel vessel and pour 3 cups of water in it.
  • After boiling it for 5 minutes, add one tablespoon of fennel seeds turmeric. Let it boil till 3 cups water becomes two cups.
  • Add honey for taste if you want (optional)

Have this tea during the evening and protect yourself from winters this season.
