Dry Fruit Modak - Add Healthy Fats to your Diet

Cook Time: No Cooking Involved
Servings: 4-5 Laddoos

Nourish your family with this plant-based, nutrient dense recipe of Lord Ganesha's favorite sweet! 

Ingredients

  • Cashews: 3 tbsp (30g)
  • Almonds: 2 tbsp (20g)
  • Roughly Chopped Dates: 7-8 (60g)
  • Raisins: 2 tbsp (15g)
  • Desiccated Coconut: 1/4th cup (20g)
  • Cardamom: a pinch

Method

  • Powder cashews and almonds.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and make a dough
  • Press into modak moulds/shape as laddos
  • Serve

Optional: Add dried rose petals
