As the temperature is increasing, we are here finding something which is a natural coolant and will keep our body in equilibrium. Cumin seed has always been an essential part of our Indian diet as we use it in almost everything we make at home during our regular menu.
Apart from keeping our body cool these seeds have a lot of other advantages, if you intake this in empty morning stomach, it can help you in reducing a lot of weight. This water is seriously easy to make as I will count it in 10 minutes and you have something healthy for yourself to relish this summer.
Cumin seeds also help in reducing acidity and in case you get diarrhoea it maintains the body’s electrolyte balance.
Ingredients

Cumin seeds: 100g

Water: 500 ml

Rock Salt: 1-2 teaspoon

Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon.

Honey: 1 teaspoon
Method
- Boil the Cumin seeds with water for 10-15 minutes and let the water absorb all the cumin seeds.
- Time to add Rock salt, lemon juice, honey and stir it well.
- Strain the liquid and Discard the cumin seeds.
- Regular consumption will give more benefits.
