Cucumber Mint Dip

Cucumber is a water-rich vegetable, known for its hydrating properties. It can be easily added to one’s diet in different variations! Mint is a refreshing herb that aids digestion. This recipe is easy to make and is sure to charm your taste buds!
Ingredients
- Cashews - 2 tsp (soaked)
- Cucumber - 1 (medium-sized)
- Mint Leaves - 12
- Garlic Cloves- 3-4
- Cumin seeds - ½ tsp (roasted)
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Method
- Soak cashews for about 4-5 hours.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend to get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- The cucumber mint dip is ready to be served.
