Coconut Ladoo - The Easy Way

Think coconut laddoo and you think of moms or grannies. No way in your busy life are you going to attempt this ‘oh-so-cumbersome’ process. But here is a quick short version of doing the coconut laddoo the easy way with no cooking involved at all!This is faster if you have white coconut shelled and ready in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • Coconut white:2 cup
  • Honey:2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder: a pinch

Method

  • Take coconut white only and churn in mixie to powder.
  • Do not over do as the oil will come out.
  • If a bit wet, you can dry roast this in a wok for 5-10 minutes or else straight away dive into next steps.
  • Take the coconut powder in a plate (cool it if you have roasted it). Knead it with your hands for sometime
  • Add cardamom powder & knead more till coconut oil sticks in your hand.
  • Now pour honey & again mix well. Taste test to balance the sweetness
  • Take small amount & made round lump (use your finger to make round lump).
  • Roll the laddoos in a coat of coconut powder.

Delicious laddoo is ready. enjoy!
