Cinnamon & Saunf tea - no dairy tea to keep you warm

Firstly I would mention the fennel and cinnamon tea benefits ie, it is a easy and effective way to loose weight and body fat. The combination of cinnamon and fennel tea reduce unwanted added weight from your body. This is an effective and simple weight loss recipe which helps to shed extra kilos. This is detox drink recipe.
Ingredients
- Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) - 1 inch pcs, 2 or 3
- Fennal Seeds (Sauf) - 2-3 tsps
- Tulsi/Mint: few leaves (optional)
- Lemon: to taste (optional)
- Water: 2 cups
Method
- Soak cinnamon and fennel seed together in about 2 cups of water, overnight or for about 8 hours.
- In the morning, boil the soaked mixture in water for five min.
- Cinnamon and saunf tea is ready! Serve hot!
- You can add tulsi or mint and few drops of lemon juice for flavour (optional)
Eating guide:
- Food group: Spices (Teas & drink)
- Apt for winter season, when you crave something hot.
- Great option to have first thing in the morning for its detoxifying effect.
At last I would conclude that if you are wanted to shred your excess body fat then you must use fennel seeds and cinnamon for weight loss as this drink is best for the detoxification process.
