Choco Fig Fudge - Energizing Start for the Day

Another simple fruit-based dessert which no one at home is going to say no to! Offer these to your fussy eaters, and see their delight. The choco mousse-like taste ensures it’s lapped up by kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
- Dry figs: 15
- Dates: 15
- Raw cacao powder: 1 tbsp or less (as per taste preference and the brand used)
Method
- Soak the figs and dates for 5-6 hours.
- Once soft blend along with cacao powder. Use only as much soaking water as required for blending.
- Blend to get a smooth paste and freeze.
- Take the mix out of freezer and blend again.
- Set to cool in a glass cup. Serve chilled!
