Ingredients
- Beetroot: 1
- Lemon Juice: 2 tsp
- Water: 1 cup or as required
Method
- Wash your beets thoroughly. Peel, chop into chunks and add to the mixer jar.
- Now grind the beetroot using some water.
- Add more water to attain the desired consistency.
- You may choose to strain to remove big lumps, if any.
- Add lemon juice and enjoy your way to health!
