I love having this for breakfast. It satisfies my sweet tooth, yet is healthy. It's filling and super easy to make. Typically it's best to eat fruits and vegetables separately, but sometimes I make an exception for variety!! In any case, it's better than mixing fruits with dairy.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 6-7 spinach leaves
  • Water - optional - as little as possible, for desired consistency

Method

  • Soak dates in lukewarm water for 15-20 minutes. You can use them w/o soaking too, but they blend better if soaked.
  • Put all ingredients in a mixie and churn.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
