We all know the importance of Aloe Vera nowadays as we are using it a lot in varied things. Aloe Vera has a lot of benefits, and thus; making it a part of our daily diet is what we should try doing.
From skin to digestion issues, there are a lot of things which we are benefitted from aloe vera. It is a natural anti-bacterial and also protects our immunity. It also helps in dealing with constipation. Added with neem stick which is another healthy plant, this glass of juice is abundant in health. So, try it for good health effects.
Ingredients
- Aloe vera long leaf (cut into big pieces and remove the thorny edges):1
- Small neem stick (broken into pieces): 1
- Water: as per desired consistency
- Himalayan Black Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon.
Method
- Blend the Aloe vera leaf and neem stick well in a blender.
- Add ¼ to a ½ cup of water as per consistency needed and blend them once again.
- Add Himalayan Black Salt and add lemon juice in it.
Eating Guide:
- Food group: Vegetable.
- Best time to eat: Mornings as breakfast or first meal.
- It can be good for people who are on a weight loss diet, have poor digestion, and skin lesions.
