PRIYANKA JAIN
Founder of the Eka Meditation app, Priyanka envisions bringing to the forefront the lesser-known yogic practices such as Yoga Nidra & Meditation Styles from the Tantras. She has been practicing yoga for 7+ years & overcame her anxiety issues through Yoga. She has a B.Tech degree (IIT Bombay), an MBA (Cambridge, UK) & 200 hrs of Professional Teacher Training.

SUDEEPTA SHANBHA
An ERYT 500, Sudeepta started practicing yoga in her early teens, trained under various yoga teachers in India & the US, and holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Massachusetts. Her 900+ hrs of yoga training includes 200 hrs of Yoga Nidra training, Level 1 & 2 training in Special needs, Yin, Vinyasa, and many more. She is a lead trainer in TTC programs and teaches asana, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
