An ERYT 500, Sudeepta started practicing yoga in her early teens, trained under various yoga teachers in India & the US, and holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Massachusetts. Her 900+ hrs of yoga training includes 200 hrs of Yoga Nidra training, Level 1 & 2 training in Special needs, Yin, Vinyasa, and many more. She is a lead trainer in TTC programs and teaches asana, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
DR. MEGHNA VARMA
Dr. Meghna Varma is a practising psychotherapist who believes in combining yogic principles with modern psychology. An MBBS (gold medalist), MBA (ISB, Hyd) and PGDMH from CMC Vellore, her areas of work include anxiety, depression, relationship counselling, adolescent issues, and deaddiction with a special interest in yoga therapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy).
SWAMI YOGARATNA SARASWATI
With over 34 years of experience in practicing & teaching yoga from the tradition of Bihar School of Yoga (BSY), Swami Yogaratna Saraswati is renowned for her expertise in Yoga Nidra, Meditations from the Tantras, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Children, the higher techniques of Chakra Sadhana, Kundalini Yoga and many others. She runs her own ashram in Gokarna, the Shankar Prasad Foundation.
Founder of the Eka Meditation app, Priyanka envisions bringing to the forefront the lesser-known yogic practices such as Yoga Nidra & Meditation Styles from the Tantras. She has been practicing yoga for 7+ years & overcame her anxiety issues through Yoga. She has a B.Tech degree (IIT Bombay), an MBA (Cambridge, UK) & 200 hrs of Professional Teacher Training.
