I cannot move my facial muscles much. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Practice makes perfect and the more you move those muscles the more comfortable you will get.
Do I have to practise all the exercises taught?
For best and quick results, it would be best to practice all the exercises. However, you can pick the exercises for your concerned areas and practice those more often.
Can my double chin go by practicing these exercises?
Exercises are the only effective way to get rid of sagging skin and bring about firmness on your face.
How are these exercises good for the skin?
Facial exercises involve movements that boost blood circulation in your face flushing it with nutrients and giving it a healthy glow. Doing this regularly helps in improving the skin elasticity and leaves you with a tighter and firmer looking face.
Can anyone practise these exercises?
Definitely! Any age and gender can practice these exercises effectively!
