Key takeaways from the “De-junk kids” program have been a deeper understanding of the harmful effects of whites and oil on kids' health. The ease of making junk food for kids which are healthy, kids feel happy that they have options. I being the non-cooking type of person, now find it easy to make these snacks. I would highly recommend the current generation parents to take-up this program seriously so that the entire family can come out of junk which is filled with refined oils, refined sugars, refined flours, and dairy. Highlight for me was  Oil-Free Cooking and Baking, Dairy ‚Äč ‚Äčalternatives to make desserts, pasta, pizza, chats etc. All recipes were quick and easy.
