LalithaĀ is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 15 years of practice. She is a regular Vipassana practitioner, andĀ  completed an RYT200 certification and more recently a Yin Yoga teacher training. In addition to regular asana, pranayama and meditation classes, she also takes classes for a group of adults with special needs.Ā

A lead trainer & teacher in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra, Sudeepta holds over 900 hrs of training in different yoga traditions (including Yin & Vinyasa). She is an ERYT 500 who has learned from teachers in India & the US.Ā
