Conducting therapy workshops & retreats across the globe under Holistic Wellness with Aikya, Ruchi’s practices blend Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation, Diet, Nutrition & Lifestyle, using traditional sciences in alliance with modern techniques and medical research. She has been a speaker at International and National level forums, advisor, and health-based program developed for organizations such as 9Zest, Health Up, and MindSpecialists. Faculty at the AyurYoga International Ashram, Mysore, she is also an alumna of IIT-WEE. She has conducted Yoga and Wellness programs for multiple corporate and non-profit organizations.
