About The Instructor

She is a Certified Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach from American Fitness Professionals & Associates, US. and has completed Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, New York, US. as well as other courses in Wellness Culinary, Nature Cure and Ayurveda Diet.
As someone who rarely enters the kitchen, I was delighted to be able to make my own seed / nut milk and cashew cheese.
